Focaccia baking inside the oven, lit from within.
The steam, explained
Industrial grade steam.

Load, close, latch. A 15 kilo plate stays piping hot, and a copper pipe spreads the water across it, so every drop turns to steam the instant it lands. That gives you the crackling crust and open crumb of a proper baguette oven.

What changes for you.

01

The door stays shut.

Heat spreads evenly, so you stop opening it mid bake to move loaves around.

02

Steam comes from the oven, not from you.

No spray bottle, no water pump, one less job before every load.

03

It fits where you are.

No exhaust, no ducting, no ventilation, no building work.

04

You can see in.

Window door, interior lights, and a display that tells you the real internal temperature.

05

Nobody gets burned.

The door stays cool to the touch.

Questions people ask

Before you decide.

PowerWill my power supply run it?
The single phase oven runs on a standard 15 amp plug and draws 3 kW. A 20 amp circuit breaker is recommended. The oven ships without a plug fitted, and an electrician fits it, so the connection is safe and the motor turns the right way.
SpaceDoes it need extraction?
The Single Phase does not. No ducting, no ventilation, no building work. The three phase Pro needs ventilation assembled on site.
SpaceCan it live outside?
No. The electrics and the finish are not built for the weather.
HeatHow hot does it get?
From 50 to 300 °C. The Single Phase has its own dial for every deck.
WeightHow heavy is it?
The Single Phase weighs 145 kg, or 180 kg on its stand with the tray holder.
DeliveryHow does it arrive?
Single phase ovens arrive fully assembled. Curbside delivery, by local and global carriers.
DeliveryWhen?
A delivery timeline is confirmed once the first 50 percent deposit is received.
First bakeCan I bake straight away?
Not quite. It needs one low heat bake first to drive the moisture out of the stones.
WarrantyWhat is covered?
12 months, parts only.
