Both the steaming system and the vent systems are very practical and safe and are very easy to use. The steam has improved our breads especially the crust. We used to spray and close the doors using a water pump, but having steam built in the oven is so much better. It also has shortened our load time and overall bake time.

Myforno bakes very even as compared to the other single phase ovens I’ve used. The inbuilt stem is much better than the water spray and actually cuts out both a piece of equipment you need and also a process before loading and saves you time on every oven load. The door is well built and strong and closes easily and is cool on the outside which is great.
